Here are a few of the newest recipes I've tried that have become family faves! My favorite part? - they're easy throw together meals in the crockpot (except the chow mein).
Sweet & Sour Chicken:
1 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1/3 cup light soy sauce, 2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins. Cook on low 6-8 hrs and they should just fall apart. Serve over rice!

So some of you might have tasted my "Can't Leave It Alone" bars. My sister, Ginny, shared this delicious recipe with me a couple of weeks ago and the pan vanished so for lack of a better name I will call them... "Try To Leave It Alone" Bars 1 Egg 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix 1 Stick of butter (soft) Mix all together and put in 9X13 GREASED pan. 4 C Powdered Sugar 1 Egg 1 Pkg of cream cheese (soft) Mix and pour on top. Bake 300 degrees for 45-50 min. Enjoy!

Ronni posting on a blog? It is a miracle that you have all witnessed today. This turkey chili is so darn good it is sure to change you life. I highly recommend serving it with Kristin's Buttermilk Cornbread.
