Monterey Jack Turkey Burgers

I got this one from the Weight Watchers cook book and thought they were pretty tasty. Dave said they were "interesting" but would like to have them again and Chandler ate his so I figure I should share.

Monterey Jack Turkey Burgers
3/4 pound ground skinless turkey breast
1 T reduced-sodium soy sauce
1T Ketchup
1t minced fresh garlic
1/4 t freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
4 strips turkey bacon
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
1 tomato sliced
shredded lettuce
1. In a large bolw, combine the turkey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic and pepper. Blend in the cheese, then form into 4 burgers.
2. Heat grill or frying pan and spry with non-stick spray. Cook the burgers until done. Whe you turn the burgers, add the bacon to the pan/grill; cook untill crisp, 3-4 minutes each side. Seve the burgers in buns, with the bacon, tomato and lettuce.
